Before touching any system, we map your transaction flows, which PSPs you use, how your payment methods are coded, and what data already exists in your CRM. We speak directly with your BI and development teams to understand how your systems communicate. Nothing is assumed.
We work alongside your reconciliation software provider to implement and configure the system for your specific setup. Every PSP and merchant account is connected. Opening balances are imported. Your transaction environment is built, not templated.
We create the import file templates for each payment method, establish customised matching rules, and configure the treatment of trading PnL transactions specific to your operation. This is where generic reconciliation ends and yours begins.
Transaction categories are defined, automated classifications are set, and your reconciliation is running. If your team is managing it going forward, we train them. Otherwise, we stay on and manage your reconciliation for you.
